Benito Roggio Transporte S.A. developed its integrity program with the subscription and adhesion to Ethics Code and Entrepreneur Conduct; to Anticorruption Policy; to Protocol of Relations with Public Administration, implemented by its controller, CLISA – COMPAÑIA LATINOAMERICANA DE INFRAESTRUCTURA & SERVICIOS S.A.

Built by these three documents the Program establishes a reference frame in order to project an integral behavior, defines ethical behaviors of collaborators in all levels of the organization with no exception and expresses integrity and transparency standards which we must adjust to in our operations.
Implementing this Integrity Program, designed to combat corruption and bribery, reflects new demands of national laws and regulations applied to our operations. In this manner the Company deepens and confirms its commitment to ethical corporate conducts, putting in practice essential respect values, compliance, honesty and integrity.
